VQA wines get a refund (read kickback) from the LDB and, if I understand it 
correctly, VQA stores in BC.  Another blow for those committed to varieties 
not on the VQA list.

If believe there are several countries/jurisdictions that give back funds to 
regional wineries in the name of something like industry development funds. 
It's all in the way it's worded.

what about international trade agreements ?  i thought only Ontario and BC
did something back in the 80s to legally keep the special markups  ?
