Hi to all
I have been in the brewing industry for twenty two
years, In recent years I have been making my own wine
from grapes from California.  
My wife and I are thinking of moving to Prince Edward
County, It was recognized as a wine growing area in
May this year.
I am at present finishing my Sommelier accreditation
at Algonquin College in Ottawa.
Looking forward to news and information on grapes,
wine making and pruning.
