This is a story that needs to make it to the top of MAPAQ.  I encourage anyone to send a copy.  In Quebec, tobacco farmers are really finding it difficult to carve a new market for themselves after the government stopped buying tobacco from Quebec growers and now allows companies to import nearly 100% from china and abroad.
