mac and corts have been standard quebec hard cider material since the
return of artisan cider (this is after the 1970s catastrophe, when they were
likely also the base material)
I like mckeown's hard cider out of rougemont. likely mac based, although I
had russet cider and really like it. can't find commercial version of it however.
