Ok, may sound a bit looney but has anyone tried a carbonic maceration on fresh strawberries? I have about 10 lbs left over and was thinking of just a basic wine but they still seem not fully ripe. CM is supposed to instill a strawberry note in young grape wines..What might I get with actual strawberries? Any comments? Thanks Ron O
