[Growwine] grow tubes

Hello all,  I recently attended a cold climate grape growing seminar day in
Watertown New York.  They were talking quite a bit about using grow tubes to
enable the use of herbicides if needed while your vines are very young for
the first summer.  Does anyone have a source for them.  They recommended 2
or 3' grow tubes.  Thanks Norene
