[Growwine] re Small Oak barrels

Watson's Family Farms in Niagara-On-The-Lake can certainly do it.  He sell American, Hungarian, French and Canadian oak
barrel.  Also, Vadai on the US side make very nice little Hungarian oak barrels.  I got three and they are quite great. 
The price is nice too.
