[Growwine] best to wait for summer for peaches I guess

Don't need to take them back, just tell the produce manager next time you
are there. They should replace or refund. I've done it with oysters and
mussels. Look good on the outside but rotten on the inside, just like a
politician.

Not worth the gas to take them back, just had an urge, usually avoid this
situation. At least with bananas you can tell from the colour of the
outside! I sent them an email which included the url of the page. Maybe
this will inspire some action, if not, I got what I deserved in this case,
and my level of trust in A&P has fallen somewhat.

onward...

May organic purchases prevent this experience?

Like you say Larry, you sure couldn't tell how rotten it is from looking or
feeling...if not LPE or Ethrel, could low level radiation do this...or do
they even do that anymore?

Have you returned them to the Atlantic & Pacific Co.? What does the Produce
Manager say?

How is it done?
Maybe with Lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) and or Ethrel
