[Growwine] adding oak to chard , now

I would suggest trying Stavin Oak cubes, either the frech or Hungarian. 
IMHO it's much better than oak chips.  2 oz per 6 gal would be enough and 
you need at least 2 months of contact with the oak cubes.  Try the medium or 
medium plus toasting.
