I would caution that Face Cachee is a wonderful place for everything except my 10 year old Crown Victoria, which decided it was a lovely spot to be towed away from. the products are wonderful, as are the Pinnacle ice ciders.

For anyone who has both ice cider and maple syrup, try putting four or five drops of the maple syrup into the ice cider for an incredible flavour experience. A bit of maple enhances everything about the ice cider (though I have met and talked to Christian B, and can see his face at this horrifying suggestion).
Apple and maple work together in wine. I suggest that making a dry apple wine, and using some maple to flavour and sweeten it would be a very useful alternative product for small artisinal wineries to sell.
Given the abundance of apple and maple trees in Northeastern North America it surprised me that more isn't used in alcoholic beverages.

An interesting article on Quebec's "Apple Icewine" also called "Ice Cider"from CBC News. This also could be a opportunity for Nova Scotia Annapolis Valley apple growers as well as New Brunswick. GO TAKE A LOOK - http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/food/apple-icewine.html
